Is there a way to launch PSX exeâ€™s from PS2 App?

Have a fat PS2 with HDD and USB and FMCB. I was wondering if there is a PS2 App that will launch PSX exe files as I seem to have a lot of them but canâ€™t get them onto an image that will run using ULE. Thanks for any advice

Yes and no...

-No as in: http://www.psxdev.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=3229#p3229, and
-Yes as in you should be able to launch them with ps2psxe; keep in mind that it's an emulator and it's not using ps2's hardware backward compatibility though.
