Need Help Detecting What Modchip This Is

Post by ClandestineStation » September 26th, 2017, 4:29 am

Hello, when I was opening up one of my spare SCPH-1001s, I happen to stumble upon a chip that was inside from a failed solder attempt. I have no idea what this chip does, but I predict that it's used to play backups and imports. I believe this could be an MM3, but I could be wrong. If anybody can easily detect this please so :)

Here's where everything is soldered in. If someone can tell me where the wires go into the chip that'd be cool as ice.
