Re: I am a fanboy of the playstation 1 and you?
ps4 is probably the LAST console. It just can't match the GPU power from a PC anymore.

It's possible, but I see no point.
When I was in Brazil (+35C @ 24h everyday), I never had any problem with my SCPH-5501.

Re: A noobie question
PSX/PS1 on ps3 totally sucks. I know because I have PSX, PS2 and PS3 and can compare them all with REAL hardwares, not crappy software-bug emulated. PSX on ps3: - The colors are all WRONG; - The emulation isn't even near of a REAL psx; - A lot BUGS; - Can't run all games, just a few of them; - Other...

And you got a fake one too.
Btw, you don't need that Datel Comm Link at all, is just a real Parallel port, and there are still cheap MB with real Parallel port around (brand new) still.
As myself I got one (Gigabyte).

Re: GameShark, Action Replay & Pro Comms Link pictures
My laptop has a PCI-E LPT port in it which is ECP and it works just fine. Dont think it actually matters what mode you have it set to in Windows 2000/XP/7 etc as the IO driver used by the software talks to it directly. There are some PCI-E printer ports which are designed just for printing which ar...

Re: GameSharks upgrades
Well, for sure we (those with GS Pro and AR Pro) need an updated software able to work under Win7 x86 and x64 with newer PCIe Parallel port.
The problem isn't SPP, it does support it. But the address aren't 0x378 and those old traditional ones.

Re: GameSharks upgrades
I updated my GSPro from v3.0 to v3.2 no problems.
However I'm under Win7 and it refuses to start TOTALIO.SYS, this only works on Win XP ?
Also, I can't find the GSPro Utils files at all !
Update:
Found them here:
http://xianaix.net/filez.htm
However it doesn't works on Win7.

Really? Well, I have one here, I still need to test it thought.t0rxe wrote:Won't work. Those PCI-E parallel ports don't work with SPP mode and cause a lot of issues.Gradius wrote:Just buy a PCie Parallel port and you're good to go.
