Argh, I forgot what these were! There were a few going on eBay a month or two ago for $15 brand new from the UK.
They have a controller port on one end (male), and a 68-pin PIO port on the other (female).

Re: Mod chip for PAL SCPH-1002?
We used to sell modchips, but PayPal banned us because of it. We can't take another risk.
Maybe I'll setup a personal merchant system. I'll let you know how I go.

I'm not judging you. Everyone is different. I just don't want to see PSIO pirated as a fake, so im sorry if I am taking precautions and if that offended you. The truth hurts sometimes doesn't it.

It may do that as mentioned above. Don't worry. The program works and runs fine. You can try to copy that file manually afterwards. Just click 'Cancel', exit the setup and apply the patches.

Re: GS PRO vs Xplorer FX
The Xplorer FX had a bigger EEPROM than the other Xplorer (2 megabit) models, and allowed some more useful features while using CAETLA such as SPU RAM dumping. I am not too familiar with the Gameshark hardware in all honesty. All I know about the Gameshark line is it is a nightmare to get CAETLA run...

[DOWNLOAD] LightWave 4.0
LightWave 4.0 (1995) LightWave is used for modelling 3D objects, just as Sony developers would have done back in 1995. It was also used in the creation of Net Yaroze games in 1997. The plug-ins for it may be found under C:\psyq\3rdParty\Lightwav\ The installer will complain at 90% about a missing f...

All the PSX / PS1 Development Links that are alive and dead
All the links I have found since I was 12 years old to do with PSX development, tricks, hacks, tips, mods and more. I hope you find it useful. It took me a long time to find all these links. Some I have actually lost because of dead links. Thats where this PSXDEV.net comes in to help. If some sites ...

Re: hola a todos

Also, as you said, you don't need a Sony PS1 development kit to make PS1 games, but using a well documented SDK such as Psy-Q will be easier for you to program ...
